A customizable system of checklists controls and brings the work of sales agents to a single standard, preventing them from missing the actions that must be performed during the visit: questionnaires, promos, merchandising, etc.
A smart analytics system generates detailed reports for each employee: how many of the planned visits were completed, how much time was spent moving from one point to another, whether all the necessary actions at the point were recorded in the checklists, at what moments violations of company standards occur.
